Room Description

The Residence is designed in the traditional style with the emphaisis on local styles and materials, such as teak, silk and fresh cotton. Accommodation is divided into Junior Suites and Phou Vao Garden Suites, but all accommodate just two adults with king sized or twin beds, and are luxuriously furnished with rosewood and natural textiles,. Junior Suites have private terraces with garden, mountain or mountain and pool views, and all have expresso coffee machines, home docking system, satellite TV, complimentary bottle water and a welcome fruit basket. The lavish bathrooms feature terrrazo free form baths and hairdryers. The Phou Vao Garden Suites are situated on the first floor, overlooking the tropical gardens. And feature separate living rooms with a plush cotton covered sofa. All is cool comfort and serenity.

Activities

The Mekong Spa offers wonderful treatments blending ancient techniques with modern knowledge, and area based on Laotian herbal remedies which use only pure botanical ingredients from local organic farms and gardens. Eating at the Residence is a special experience, sicne it has one of the best restaurants in Luang Prabang. Phou Savanh sserves a blend of traditional Laotian and French cuisine, either indoors in sophisticated surroundings, or outside in the glow of candlelight and with a view of the stunning Mount Phousi. For drinks, the Doc Champa bar is the pace to relax, in large comfortable armchairs or outdoors, where you can enjoy the sunset with a delicious cocktail.
