One of the highlights of a stay here has to be The Long Apron, the renowned restaurant ranked in the top 100 in Australia. Its European-influenced cuisine draws diners from far and wide, who come to feast on dishes that range from spanner crab with cottage cheese, lemon purée and peas, to roasted duck breast with beetroot, cherries, cocoa and fennel.
