Tucked inside a cocoa plantation on the lush island of St Lucia, Hotel Chocolat is a charming 5 star property with the perfect blend of slick design, world-class cuisine and laid-back Caribbean atmosphere. Surrounded by plants and the rainforests of the stunning twin pitons, it is perfectly located for exploring the island, with a spa treatment waiting for you on your return. Famous for its incredible cuisine with incorporates the cocoa bean in nearly every meal, each room is provided with complimentary chocolate each day.
Spa
CocoaJuvenate spa features a wide range of massages, body wraps, facials and more, using potions and ointments made from the whole cocoa bean to extract the maximum health benefits from the plant. Couples booking 6 nights or more will receive a free massage.
Room Description
The rooms, or cocoa pods, at Hotel Chocolat feel like luxurious cottages tucked into a rainforest. The design is modern and monochrome with wooden floors and beams, as well as splashes of colour from exotic plants. Standard pods contain queen sized beds, luxe pods come with king size beds and all pods come with luxurious REN bathrooms products, plush terry bathrobes, private terraces and iPod docks pre-loaded with music inspired by the estate. Despite being luxurious, the rooms keep a natural feel with rain showers and no air-conditioning, leaving you to feel the natural breezes which make their way through the pitons.
Activities
Spend your days relaxing by the infinity edge black quartz pool at Club Boucan with fantastic views of the Twin Pitons, unwind on the beach, indulge yourself in a spa treatment at CocoaJuvenate spa, explore the cocoa groves, go sailing, swimming or take an excursion to discover the wilderness of St Lucia. The hotel can arrange tours to swim in the Sulphur Spring baths, climb or admire twin pitons or take a zip wire over the rainforest.
Dining
The innovative Boucan Restaurant uses cocoa in some way throughout nearly all its dishes. The chefs use local ingredients to create sweet and savoury dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner, which you can enjoy to dramatic views of the twin pitons.
