Another great trip, everything was exactly as planned by our travel Manager Lee.

Mark Vyner is exceptional in terms of support for booking our golf and now some other holidays. He is proactive and makes great suggestions and was a huge help when Jenny was taken ill in Fuerteventura in November 2024. Great 10 days at Elba Palace Fuerteventura.
Excellent as usual very efficient and happy to help. Misunderstanding with number of golf rounds due to us playing on first day. However an extra round was sorted out with the resort swiftly .
Once again Mark Vyner gave us an outstanding service. We have enjoyed staying and golfing at the Elba Palace several time in the last 10 years and have always enjoyed it. We will return.
Chaos following cancelled return air flights while overseas. Resolved by Supertravel team in London with overnight hotel/next day alternate return flights. Excellent management.
