Another great trip, everything was exactly as planned by our travel Manager Lee.
Mark was very attentive and patient with my last minute queries re bags and room upgrade. All my calls were dealt with promptly and I was updated regularly re progress by both phonecall and email The Supertravel app is a very useful tool which I used often. Apart from having the travel itinerary to hand, I particularly like the Check In facility for quick access to My Booking on the airline’s website. I highly recommend this travel company!

Great 10 days at Elba Palace Fuerteventura.
Excellent as usual very efficient and happy to help. Misunderstanding with number of golf rounds due to us playing on first day. However an extra round was sorted out with the resort swiftly .
Might consider going again next year on our own. Belle Mare Plage was excellent.

Chaos following cancelled return air flights while overseas. Resolved by Supertravel team in London with overnight hotel/next day alternate return flights. Excellent management.
